(For some reason, it won't let me rotate this the way I want to.)
One of the goodies I made to snack on today was a peanut butter football. I came across it here.
I didn't take pictures...but, we also had buffalo chicken wing dip. It's a recipe that my step-mom makes. And, it is YUMMY!! (I haven't figured out the whole "printer friendly version" thing yet. SO, I apologize. But, here it is:
Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip
-1 (8oz.) package cream cheese, softened
-2-3 boiled & shredded chicken breasts OR 2 lg. cans chunked chicken
-1 c. ranch dressing
-1 c. Frank's Buffalo Hot Sauce
-2 c. shredded cheddar (1 c. in mix and 1 c. on top)
Mix together and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
*However, I didn't do it this way. ;-) I melted it all together in the
good ol' microwave and put it in the small crock pot.
I will share some of the projects we made later this week. :-)
Do you and your family enjoy football season? What are some of your favorite football snacks?
Thanks for the recipe Kristy. I will make that dip FOR SURE!!
ReplyDeleteI've been dreaming of that football desert for days! I keep thinking of other dippers too... waffle cone pieces perhaps?
